Sales and Rentals
Sale of mobile homes and other units within Citrus Gardens are transacted either through private sales with the owner or through a sales representative. All sales must be approved by the Office Manager of Citrus Gardens before they can be finalized. A licensed sales representative, who is not a member of the office staff, is available to contact for a listing of current units for sale and will assist the buyer and seller for a nominal fee. In addition, a resident of Citrus Gardens is available to contact for units that are available for rental.
